At Gamedaemons we put you, the customer, first, So we offer many ways to receive support, choose which best suites your needs.

We offer IRC, Email and Phone support.

  • Support via Ticket submission

Head to your Kpanel and open up a support ticket

Click on "Submit Ticket" under the "Support" subsection, fill out the subject (Upgrade my server!), select the department/category (Billing) and fill out the subject.

  • Support via IRC

Irc is the most commonly used chat service among our customers, and we do the majority of our support through it. If you are familiar with IRC, connect to server Irc.gamesurge.net port 6667, and join #gamedaemons. If you are not familiar with IRC, download MIRC, install it, select "File" then "Connect" then plug in the data as shown in the pictures below.

Note: The majority of windows users use MIRC.

To list those whom are available for assistance type .staff.
