How to open a Support Request (Ticket)

To open a ticket: Head to your Kpanel and open up a support ticket

Click on "Submit Ticket" under the "Support" subsection, fill out the subject (Upgrade my server!), select the department/category (Billing) and fill out the subject.
Try to be as descriptive as possible and include any error msg's, experiences or ticket numbers from related request. Image:Submitticketsofat.jpg
